Marketing & Communication Officer

We are looking for a "Marketing & Communication Officer"

The role is organized around three axis : technical, communication & marketing and event
  • • Technical : create press banner and advertising materials with InDesign or other publishing and typesetting software
  • • Communication : structure and implement a communication strategy that includes press releases, articles, brochures & flyers, online content and social media
  • • Marketing : in cooperation with business departments create marketing presentations
  • • Event : manage and coordinate group or company events (ie. The Farad Finance Forum) including finds and contact sponsors, speakers, media and the management of the entire event.

Requirements
  • • At least 3 years of experience in communication and marketing.
  • • Technical knowledge of publishing and typesetting software.
  • • An understanding of the financial sector, its participants and the products is a plus.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French (Italian would be considered as an asset).
  • • Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize work.
  • • Attention to details and problem solving skills.
  • • Knowledge of web-design software.
  • • Experience in event organization is a plus.
  • • Bac/Bac+3 in administration, economic or communication and marketing field.

We are looking for a Corporate & Regulatory Officer

Responsabilities
  • • Assist and report to the Group Chief Executive in implementing, support and develop the Group strategy.
  • • Support in implement Group projects.
  • • Corporate secretary activities related to governance: organisation of board, management committee and shareholders’ meetings (preparation of the meetings documentation and related minutes).
  • • Reporting and support in drafting and preparing corporate documents.
  • • Assess compliance with the regulatory framework.
  • • Update and draft companies’ procedures.
  • • Manage day-to-day issues and queries.
  • • Organizing and implementing an efficient administrative working environment.
  • • Support the Group communication strategy and cooperate with marketing when needed in events and communication linked to Group projects.
  • • Cooperate and support the other departments and companies of the Group when necessary.

Requirements
  • • A University degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration.
  • • At least 2 Years’ Experience in Administrative, Legal and Compliance in Man. Co., an AIFM or an investment firm in Luxembourg.
  • • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal), Italian is an asset.
  • • Ability to work in autonomy and ensuring attention to details.
  • • Able to work in a multicultural team and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • • Pro-active, multi-tasking and can-do attitude.
  • • Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • • Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
